Robert joined Stealth Renovations in 2023. He brings over 15 years of construction experience to our team. Robert first started in commercial construction, then transitioned to the multifamily industry where he has managed over 200 million dollars in projects, both in new construction and in renovations. Through his training for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate, Robert has gained knowledge in process improvements and continually strives for better processes. In his free time, Robert enjoys golf and watching his kids play sports.
Lori is our Regional Senior Construction Manager with 20 years of experience in multi-family and single-family rental property management and renovation project management. She is a member of Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2003 and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. She holds a CAM certification from the Texas Apartment Association and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent. Lori is a native Houstonian. She enjoys spending time working on house projects and escaping the Houston heat by traveling to cooler destinations.

Kerra Fitzgerald brings 10+ years of relationship building experience and a passion for supporting clients. In her role, Kerra focuses on building long-term partnerships and ensuring a smooth, responsive experience from the first conversation through project completion along with translating client needs into profitable, well-executed projects. She is known for her approachable style, clear communication, and ability to quickly understand client needs. Outside of work, Kerra enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, cooking, and baking- especially experimenting with sourdough. She loves being outdoors, riding motorcycles, spending time with her family, and enjoying live music.

David Schultz is a seasoned construction professional with over 10 years of experience leading both residential and commercial projects from initial planning through final completion. He specializes in project management, site supervision, and contractor coordination, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality builds on time and within budget. His hands-on leadership style ensures strong communication across teams, and he places a high priority on safety and compliance at every stage of the job. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, which has given him a solid foundation in budgeting, contract negotiation, and strategic planning within the construction industry.
